SCOPE OF WORK:
Construction of a New Administration Building and Fire Training Facility, and
Additional Data and Storage Building for the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
Scope of Work included the following trades, Demo, Grading, Site
Underground Utilities, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Roofing. Construc-
tion of building by Structural Steel and CMU wall Construction.
Additional Buildings were also constructed out of the CMU wall. Exterior Im-
improvements will be the construction of seat walls and sidewalk pavers, fencing,
landscape and irrigation. Interior Work done on the project was the installation
of a Data Center, interior finishes, Training Room with Smart Screen and
Classroom-style partitions.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Demolish the Existing Fire Station for the City of Costa Mesa to Construct new
Fire Station on existing site. Work includes regarding site after a demo, in-
stall new underground utilities, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC for Build-
ing. Interior Work was to complete the finishes of the living quarters for the
firefighters, like bedrooms, kitchens, offices, and community space/lounge.
In addition, construct an apparatus bay for fire engines. Exterior work
done was the entire building façade is covered on red aluminum panels along
with white panels. landscaping and parking lot. As well as some exterior
street work for traffic signal improvements.
